Saturday, August 5th
Manual registration, for anyone that does not have access to a computer will be 10am to 2pm in the Creative Arts building. Bring your items and EHC volunteers will be there to assist you.

Monday, August 7th
Creative Arts Exhibitors Check-In, 12noon to 7pm
Livestock
All Livestock check in 5 pm to 7 pm All animals in place by 8 pm. Please use lower gate by the Rebecca Moser Hickerson arena to check in animals.

Tuesday, August 8th
Creative Arts building will be closed to the public
Livestock
Cattle Fitting Contest 2 pm
Horses Check in from 3-5 pm at the Rebecca Moser Hickerson Arena
Horse show 6 pm

Wednesday, August 9th
Food Preparation, Cut Flower Check-in 8 am to 9 am
Creative Arts Judging 9am to 2pm ( Building closed to public)
Creative Arts Building open to public from 5 pm to 8 pm
Canning Demonstration 5:30 pm
Livestock
Market Goat Fitting contest 2pm
Dairy Cattle Show 6pm followed by Dairy Goats

Thursday, August 10th
Creative Arts Building open to public from 10 am to 10 pm
Quilting Demo
Senior Luncheon/Bingo 11am-1pm (sponsored by White River Area on Aging)
Demonstration Station Silk Flower Arranging 2:30 pm and 6 pm
Pageants starts at 7pm Ages 0-9 Years of age
Livestock
Sheep Fitting contest 2 pm
Sheep Show 4 PM followed by Market Goats
Rabbits Check in 4-7 pm
Poultry check in 4-7 pm ( Poultry bleed from 4-6 pm at the rodeo arena pavilion)

Friday, August 11th
Creative Arts Building open to public from 10 am to 10 pm
Quilting Demo
Cricut Crafting Demonstration-Earrings 2:30 pm and 6 pm
Beef Cookoff (juniors) Drop off 6:30 pm
Beef Cookoff Judging 7 pm
Pageants starts at 7pm
Young Miss (10-12 years old)
Junior Miss (13-15 years old)
Miss Izard County (15-21 Years old)

Swine Show 9 am fat hogs to follow
4H Poultry Chain Auction 5pm
Beef Cattle show 6 pm

STEM Contest Drop off 5 pm
STEM Judging 5:30 pm (pickup after Judging Complete)

Best of the Best Showmanship 9 am
Fat Hog Auction at Noon. followed by awards

Sunday, August 13th
Exhibitor Pick-up, 1 pm to 3pm (***please make arrangements for someone to pick-up your items if unable to come during this time)
